Vitamin E is a fat-soluble antioxidant that helps prevent fats and oils from becoming rancid. 

It is the most common vitamin found in nature and is often lacking in processed foods. 

This vitamin helps to maintain the fluidity of the blood and is necessary for maintenance of the skeletal, cardiac and smooth muscle membranes. It helps maintain and increase the storage of vitamin A and iron in the body. This vitamin exists in several chemical forms, the most active being d-alpha tocopherol. The “dl” form is synthetic and is not sold by Nature’s Sunshine. 

Rather, vegetable sources that contain other naturally occurring tocopherols are used to ensure full potency of the entire vitamin E complex. Each hermetically sealed capsule of vitamin E comes in a base of cold-pressed soybean oil.
