Your order is generally prepared for shipment within 24 hours (one business day – no weekends) of its receipt.

All  US orders are shipped ground and the customer should generally receive the order within 3 - 5 business days, in certain cases 5 - 9 bus. days of processing, depending on geographical area. Weekends and holidays do add time to processing. Projected delivery time frame is always given at check out before the payment.

It is essential that the correct address, zip code and phone number be given when the order is placed.
You must provide your email address as well. It will be used ONLY to contact you about your order.
 
 
Please note: entering PO Box number is acceptable but your package will ship parcel post (USPS) and we cannot guarantee 5 -9 bus. days delivery. Therefore we are discouraging you to use PO Box in delivery address. Should issues arise when delivering to PO Box,
all extra delivery charges, if incurred, are your sole responsibility.
 
 
 
All US orders are shipped from one of the four ordering centers in the United States:

State sales tax, if any, will be shown at the check-out page before you pay.

Most states now require State Sales Tax to be charged at point of sale. Our system has been set up accordingly.
There may be no taxes on certain items in certain states. Given the complexity of the current sales tax situation in the US we maintain
the safeguards to assure you are not overcharged.

All orders are manually reviewed by our reviewers.
If we determine there is no tax on the product you have ordered then you will be refunded immediately and notified.
